Depends, if he offers to buy me a second drink and i refuse the offer and he keeps pushing for it, then yes he is trying to get me drunk. If he backs off and doesn't insist on buying me more drinks that i would like, then yes, he is probably trying to get me intoxicated.

Well how long have we been talking for? Am I clearly already drunk? Have I finished the first drink he bought me? All of these things would have to be taken into account before I make that kind of judgement call.

I'll accept a few drinks from a guy, but that's because I have the tolerance for it (which they usually don't know). For the normal girl, one or two is a safe bet. More than two is a bit much unless you've been hanging out for quite a while.

1 drink please and if I'm with a friend it's only right to get her one too...I usually don't even accept drinks because I don't like a guy feeling like I owe him something. So talk to me first see if we click and hit it off if so then buy a drink.
This way you save yourself the money and me the disgust :)
